The Quality of Our Life Depends on the Quality of Our Relationships.

...and the quality of our relationships depends on the quality of our communication.

My name is Tim Francis.

I've been an Entrepreneur for 16 years.

I've made money and lost money. I've enjoyed the high-highs and experienced crippling lows.

In every instance, my ability to effectively listen to others, share myself effectively, hear and be heard, is what made the difference.

Whether it's navigating a tough conflict at work, or a sensitive conversation in my family, the ability to expertly communicate has dramatically elevated the quality of my life.

Thriving in a Divided World

In the last 10 years, our world has become more and more divided.

There's this ever-growing narrative of "us vs them" and "you're with us or against us."

And I'm not just talking about politics. The media is more intense than ever. We spend more and more time on our phones branding and discarding each another. COVID-19 produced the "lost years" where isolation led to a generation of kids not knowing how to play with one another on a playground.

And we wonder why simple misunderstandings can turn into major stress at work and at home.

It doesn't have to be this way. There's a toolbox we can learn called Conscious Communication.

It's toolbox that allows us to build a bridge to others, especially those who see things differently than ourselves.

When you've got that toolbox, you become incredibly effective with other people, especially those you're having difficulty with.

Results I've Seen In My Life

I’ve studied with Dr Wolf for 15 years.

What he teaches is both mindset and heart-set, all rolled into one. Both western and eastern. Both secular and spiritual.

Over the last 16 years, I’ve done his three-day Foundational Seminar five times as an attendee, twice as a staff person.

It’s his training which helped me navigate my crippling illness in 2011, emerging stronger because of it.

His training also helped me prevent a $30,000 conflict and turn it into a $50,000 sale, just because I was a good listener. I've used these skills in the boardroom to help navigate spicy personalities, and am currently using these tools to negotiate a deal that - if signed - will be worth millions over the coming 10 years.

His training has helped me get closer to my parents in ways I never knew possible. The love I feel for them is now deeper than ever.

His training also helped me navigate a domestic abuse situation I left (yes, men can be victims too).

I’ve done many of his other trainings as well. Each has been absolutely life-changing.

In fact, I clearly know studying with Dr Wolf has been the single best training I’ve ever done.

That's why I'm bringing Dr Wolf to Austin to present his three day workshop, The Foundational Seminar.

In his seminar, you'll learn:

Empowered Communication

Deepen your listening skills so you can create safe space with those who matter most to you. This allows you to navigate the challenging parts of life with them.

Courageous Introspection

Discover the sandbags of life holding you down so you can free yourself and fulfill your potential.

Purposeful Action

Discover new opportunities "hiding in plain sight" for you to take new action and get thrilling new results.

These pillars are designed to help you uncover and overcome internal obstacles, unlocking a new level of connection with others, and happiness and achievement for yourself too.

Is this seminar for you?

This is for anyone seeking significant breakthroughs in communication.

Using these communication tools lead you to getting significant breakthroughs in all areas of life, perhaps in health, wealth, and/or relationships.

About Me, Tim Francis

I'm not teaching the course. I'm just the organizer.

I'm not being paid to do this. I'm doing this as a community service.

After the recent U.S. Presidential election, I was saddened to see the pain that came from too much yelling (on both sides) and not enough listening.

Although I live in Austin, TX, I am not American. I am Canadian, living and working in the U.S. on a work visa.

Because I'm not American, I can't be President. Because I'm not a U.S. Citizen, I can't vote.

I wondered how I could be a part of the solution?

I picked up the phone and called Dr. Wolf to see if I could bring his Foundational Seminar to Austin. He said yes.

I've since put up the cash to cover all event expenses and am now offering this opportunity as my way to help heal modern-day Americans, Canadians, and anyone else who is ready for something different, irrespective of their political leanings.

Of course donations are welcome. Most importantly, though, please attend the workshop.

Let's be a part of the solution.

100% Money-Back Guarantee

What if I don’t like it?

I’ve got a conditional, 100% money-back guarantee for you. The conditions are:

1. You attend all parts of the Foundational Course before requesting a refund;

2. You request the refund within 24 hours of the end of the last day, in writing to me: [email protected].

FAQs

I'm in a tough financial spot; what's the lowest-cost way to attend?

Pay what you want. I've included a purchase button for just $1. I'm delighted if you come at any price, even just $1.

Is this business or personal?

The skills and insights you gain will definitely have ripple effects everywhere in your life. I tend to believe “it’s all personal,” whether we’re in a business or personal domain, because we’re all human. In that sense, your breakthroughs here will elevate your life everywhere.

Is this networking?

This isn’t business networking.
That said, given the shared experience we’ll have from courageously doing the inner work with one another, you’ll likely get to know your fellow Foundational Course participants better than many people you’ve known for years.

When should I fly in / out of Austin?

You’ll want to be in Austin, settled, by dinner time on Thursday, Jul 10, 2025.

I recommend you fly home no sooner than the morning of Mon, Jul 14, 2025.

Those are long days; do I have to attend all day, every day?

To participate in the Foundational Seminar, facilitated by Dr David Wolf, you’ll be asked to agree to participate in all parts of the seminar, for all three days. There’s no guaranteed end time.

Each day there will be:

  • One meal break (60+ mins)
  • Multiple shorter breaks (10-25 mins): every ~1.5 - 3 hours or so

Is this religious?

No.

It’s spiritual, but not religious. Dr. David pulls from wisdom across many traditions, but isn’t teaching any religious doctrine.

Is this Ayahuasca or other "journey?"

No.

This is absolutely a 100% sober experience.

No intoxicants of any kind.

Is there filtered water on-site?

Assume there won't be. If I find out there is, I'll include that in my prep email I send out in the days leading up to the event.

Will I be asked to promote this training?

No. In 15 years of training with David, I’ve never been asked to promote anything.

He hasn’t even asked me to host this training. I’ve just felt so inspired by my own breakthroughs from working with him I felt called to host this event for friends and clients.

Are Meals Included?

No. But there is a fridge, stove, and microwave on-site you can use to store and warm up food.

Generally speaking, arrive each day with a cooler/bag full of the food you'll need to sustain you for the whole day. Adjust this accordingly if you're eating lunch at a nearby restaurant.

The long (60min+) meal break is long enough (and amenities are close enough) to get a meal plus a quick trip to grocery store if needed.

There are numerous restaurants within a 10-min drive. Last time we hosted this workshop, we had lots of people with vehicles. If you don't have a vehicle you'll have no problem carpooling with fellow students to get to restaurants.

Restaurants in the area have gluten-free options. If you'd like to explore those restaurants ahead of time, use google maps in this area:

What to Wear? Will Room be Hot? Cold?

The room has heaters, air conditioning and fans. We keep it around 70 degrees no matter what time of year.

It's a yoga center, so shoes are taken off at the entrance. Personally, I brought my indoor sandals to change in to.

Overall, I recommend wearing comfy clothes. Athleisure is totally fine if that's your vibe. Check out our Alumni picture (above) to see the range of clothes worn last time. (And me in my indoor sandals, haha.)
